Main responsibilities are:Development, support, and enhancement of a number of telecom services.Typical tasks are:Development of algorithms and frameworks that help to improve and evaluate service's stability. Stability evaluation, based on the service's behavior prediction. High-performance parallel solutions for contingency events handling. Introduction of high-load functional/system testing frameworks for telecom services.

Have more than 6 years of experience as a C, Java developer, and Team Lead / Scrum Master. Started work in 2011 as a software designer of Horizontal Distribution (HD) architecture in Signaling stack (Ericsson implementation). Have taken on a good practical knowledge in programming and understanding a number of signaling products and network protocols.Understanding software product life cycle, agile/lean mindset. The most interesting engineering tasks were:Adaptation of a Front-end logic of HD signaling architecture for specific implementation of Diameter protocol in order to integrate Diameter protocol logic into HD architecture in a similar manner as it is made for Ericsson signaling stack. Integration of a Diameter HD stack into Ericsson CBA architecture: implementation of OAM part of the newly created module that allows integrating Diameter HD stack into CBA architecture. Implementation of the specific CBA middleware interfaces for supervising of the Diameter HD stack. Current responsibilities:Technical support of a number of signaling C-products like Common Parts, Front End interface, OAM, and many others.Support of a number of Java APIs for signaling application level: Java SCTP, Java Tcap, Java Common Parts. Problem-solving, code review, analyzing, and implementation of new functionalityHave a Scrum mastering experience in several teams.Scrum master responsibilities:Managing two Teams:The first one is the team of eight experts working around Ericsson CBA features. The second one is the team of three experts performing integration of a Diameter HD stack into Ericsson CBA architecture.Introduction of an agile and lean mindset in several cross-functional teams.
