About Ivan Soukup

I have reached a various successes as researcher in technical and scientific computing and also as an algorithm developer in C++ and python.Nevertheless, since then I have reoriented myself to the roles of Team leader and Project manager with focus on information flow, people development and continuous improvement while having strong technical background. I have successfully managed a big critical project in decline leading it to success. Currently I manage 15 people and 3 projects.
