Responsible for the day to day maintenance and operations of communication instrumentation for fracturing equipment in an ever changing field environment while managing a small team up to 9 technicians on three different locations in two different states and 75 pieces of equipment. Essential Job Duties Performed are as followed.1. Performed duties according to the documented Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Place Instructions.2. Read and understand electrical drawings and schematics, explain the connection symbols, and identify connections, components and terminal points to apprentice technicians.3. Maintain daily work logs, paperwork requirements, and work orders as required while traveling to job locations and perform emergency repairs on electronics and instrumentation4. Install and configure electronic equipment, instrumentation and software. Communicating details and directions in a clear and coherent manner to both higher and lower chains of command.
