- Sourcing talents through diverse channels for various industries/roles, with main focus on the BPO and IT segments;- Orchestrating the communication with candidates, as well as with internal and external clients; - Ensuring talent's pipeline for a specific project and in general by designing candidate-generation strategies, that leverage business relationships, referrals, social media networks, career fairs, cold calling, job boards, etc.- Taking active part in interviewing, skill assessment, career consulting, employer brand recognition, talent mapping and HR consulting projects of all kind in Bulgaria and abroad, etc;- Keeping track of the respective project developments in the CRM system; - Performing HR administration related tasks; - Giving hand to the Managing Partners for all running and planned projects, as well as for business.service development initiatives and other Lift-related activities upon requests;
