Major duties conducted as a Independent Commissioning Agent:- Development of electrical/mechanical equipment and system test scripts- Attend and be an active participant at L2-L5 witness tests and Integrated Systems Testing, plus customer equipment FWT/FATs- Vendor coordination and management- Perform equipment inspection to ensure adherence to vendor submittal - Provide test documentation that demonstrates equipment is delivered, installed, and tested correctly and set to the correct settings for the end-client- Support and perform reviews of design documentation, commissioning documentation, manufacturer submittals, Single Line Drawing sets, and project schedule documentation- QA/QC of electrical/mechanical systems and equipment throughout installation/startup- Assign testing & commissioning tasks to electrical/mechanical commissioning teams- Execute test scripts to confirm equipment and systems operate in accordance with design specification/Basis of Design/Owner’s Project Requirements - Provide reports as required for electrical/mechanical commissioning team status- Conduct facility site-walks as required and maintain Commissioning Issues Log Major Project include:- NextDC M2 Stage 5- NextDC M2 Stage 6- NextDC M2 Stage 8- NextDC M3 IP Ring Upgrade

- Lead the Mechanical Engineering team to provide Application Engineering support to projects and sales.- Ensure engineering solutions are in accordance with Australian Standards, Client Specifications and MTU guidelines.- Design, detail, and specify products or systems including packaging, installation, cooling system and integration appropriate to electric power generation installations.- Develop standardised procedures for engineering design, commissioning documentation and project delivery.- Control system design using ComAp software for generator control and fuel system control. - Ranging from standalone generator control systems to synchronizing generator systems. - Utilising ComAp software to design full fuel system control systems, ranging from AMF25 controllers, InteliGas controllers to IG1000 controllers. - Commissioning of generator systems for client integration. Major infrastructure in Data Centre space.- Liaise with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors on a daily basis for end-to-end system design and installation. - Assist with detailed costing, using both internal and external sources for tenders purposes.

- Assist with technical documentation and specifications, including detailing design drawings for sales tenders and project requirements.- Support sales and project personnel in the correct application and installation of electric power generation systems.

Report to Department Management in all-rounders role within tire platform development. Major tasks within development of Self Supporting Runflat tires (SSR) platform. Reporting to the Director, and responsible for the end-to-end management of Hydronic Heating Design and installation projects. As a lean operation, beyond my Sales Engineering position, I was required to manage business operations including equipment ordering, warehouse operations, and general office administration.Key Achievements:- Coming directly out of university, demonstrated technical aptitude and a strong desire to learn, taking on a range of duties without the benefit of a senior engineer to guide me, and was commended by my Manager for my diligence and capability.- Gained strong operational skills, coordinating engineering design, warehouse, and sales areas.

Reporting to the Business Owner in an all-rounders role across both HVAC Design and Tender Estimation Departments. Key Achievements:- At the end of my holiday work experience, was offered a full time position as Sales Engineer with The Heating Factory upon completion of University. (MBD and The Heating Factory were jointly owned by the same Directors.)- Provided the opportunity to work in both Design and Tendering, developing a strong commercial foundation through negotiating pricing with suppliers, developing project costings, and creating tender documentation.- Assisted CAD Designers using AutoCAD.
