Sales Capability Development Manager
Current2006, - Define sales training need, then develop yearly training plan.- Develop the training materials for both company & distributor sales force on: 1. Selling process and skills 2. Sales force management and 3. Distributor management.- Coordinate with core sales trainer or external trainers to conduct all the training courses on time with quality.- Fieldwork and regularly audit to ensure the perfect execution and implementation after class room training in the market.- Follow up and responsible for % qualified sales force on a signed territory.- Ensure logistics, training budget control and clearance expenses for all training courses and qualification awards.- Other responsibilities as requested by Sales Operation Manager.
