First Level Financial Control Officer
CurrentSince February 2011 to March 2013 - CBC Financial Control Unit control of the financial reports submitted by beneficiaries of EU funded project (IPA CBC SRB BiH, IPA SRB MNE, IPA CBC CRO SRB)- Giving advice to the Joint Technical Secretariats, controls, interim and final financial reports submitted by the project partners from RS or relating to technical assistance program, including control of documents relating to expenditure declared to the such reports (invoices, salaries). Since March 2013 to present - Division for First Level Control- control of the financial reports submitted by beneficiaries of EU funded project (CBC Programme Romania - Serbia), including 100% check of documentation related to expenditure declared in such reports and control of public procurements according to EU rules and procedures (PraG)Organization and participation in on-the-spot checks due to controlling activities and expenditure presented in submitted partners reportsDrawing up Declarations of validations of expenditures to Cross Border Program Projects Partners from Republic of Serbia Reporting identified or suspected irregularities during realization of cross border project activities.Organization and participation in Implementation workshops and seminars to improve knowledge of project partners about program rules Provision of advice and support with regard to drafting and updating national First Level Control procedures in line with the Program rules of Cross Border Cooperation with EU member states and legislation of Republic of SerbiaProvision of relevant input for the drafting of Implementation Guidelines for project partners from Republic of Serbia, including the development of templates for FLC reports to be submitted by project partners and associated documentation
