I am territory sales for the Greater Hamilton Area and strategic development for This Great City Inc. This Great City is a member based business network enabling better connections between businesses and their prospects and customers. My role is to grow the territory by attracting and signing new business members to This Great City Business network.

MiAgency.ca is a digital marketing agency located in Hamilton, Ontario. The agency helps small and medium sized businesses with their marketing campaign, design, and digital communication requirements. My role is to help existing customers identify their marketing needs, educate them on the agency's capabilities, and manage our relationship from the initial sale through the account lifetime. Additionally, I use all marketing tools available to identify, attract, and capture new prospects and convert them to being customers.I utilize my skills in communication, my understanding and experience in marketing, both off and online, to build strong, lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with each individual customer. Marketing is about communication. I also bring a keen sense of customer service, creative brainstorming, and trouble shooting to continually strengthen the relationship between the customer and the MiAgency.ca

Develop social media strategy for the Member and oversee its execution. I manage all content development including video, photography, article writing and surveys and push content to constituents through social media channels and through the web site.
