Information Technology Business Partner
Current• Manage multiple large scale information technology and business transformation projects according to standard practices• Drive expansion of firm services at existing clients• Where applicable, manage multiple project teams• Responsible for software & consulting solution implementations from kick off meeting, to turnover and support• Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and budget tracking documents and ensure that they are maintained and adhered to throughout the lifecycle of each project• Coordinate and facilitate all training efforts needed for the project• Coordinate, facilitate and/or deliver consulting activities needed for the project• Trainer of customer technical and user teams, providing both class training, and on-the-job training• Solution Expert, providing assistance on technical solutions and industry knowledge as required• Functional Expert, providing best practices for the implementation of relevant processes and procedures• Coaching and mentoring team members• Communicate status throughout the project lifecycle to all stakeholders• Give an insight using Power BI that can help stakeholders on business decision.• Manage and build the client relationship and opportunities for business expansion with the client
