CurrentMonitor overall operational processes and results. Responsible for ensuring service quality and support objectives consistent with strategic goals and standards. Enhance service quality, ensure compliance with company operating standards, and identify training needs to optimize service delivery and business growth. Maintain tracking and reporting of KPI's to give visibility on the overall operation to the team and stakeholders, by ensuring the team is meeting KPIs target. Performs under continuous alert mode and awareness of the task’s impact and distribute workload among the team. Relates well cross-culturally and cross-functionally to perform responsibilities which are dependent on external input. Prioritizes and delegates work assignments among staff members to ensure support to customers that balance impact to customers, service level and resource availability. Defines, documents, reviews the standard operating procedures. Monitors individual productivity, providing timely feedback to improve the service offered. Manages a complex large implementation/integration project or multiple small implementation/integration complex projects. Monitors/evaluates implementation/integration progress, maintains project documentation and develops presentations for communication. Creates process flows and test cases, conducts testing, recognizes problem areas, analyzes solutions and makes recommendations for problem resolution. Responsible for new employee's onboarding. Support and Ensure performance standards s of their employees by providing ongoing and timely feedback. Drive and Sponsors process improvement and operational excellence.
