Core Responsibilities• Sample coordination across multiple panel providers• Dealing with our panel provider daily and negotiating sample use sample costs enquiries• Liaising with Client Service Project Planning Meeting, and host project kick-off calls with our panel provider to clarify project specifications• Monitor online survey progress in field, ensuring project quotas are met and to researcher requirements• Daily management on the intake of online jobs from Client Service teams• Scheduling and tracking job launch progress and status• Ensuring our external panel providers are informed on upcoming jobs and updated project specifications• Invoice process - tracking, checking, filing, forwarding and paying post field job invoices to relevant parties

Maintained efficient and clear communications with client service through understanding needs of job. Dealing with project managers and researchers. Examples include dealing with external departments eg. Nielsen Online for explaining the importance of panel requirements in setting quotas in jobs and keeping survey open to match the panel’s minimum fieldwork date. Completed Fieldwork Post-hoc reports on surveys completion.

Governing online/offline sampling and survey design. Post field weighting. SAS scripting and sampling. Population estimates, radio survey start points.
