Dedicated support for a subset of CenturyLink Technology Solutions’ clients. Provide Microsoft and VMWare subject matter expertise for clients, along with escalation and training for the larger internal teams. Considered the “hands on” resource of the account team that has the ability to directly configure and change components within customer environments.

Provided 1st-3rd tier support for Xiolink managed hosting customers in a 24X7 support role. Worked with a team providing on shift support to all Xiolink customers across the globe. I worked as a Systems Engineer on shift being the top level support working directly with shift supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting SLA’s.
