During the early years of the business, I was in charge of providing CAD fire protection construction design drawings to the hospitality sector. The hotel projects were in Latin America. In many cases, the drawings were done in Spanish. It was evident the expertise to install sprinkler systems to USA code standards was lacking in Latin America and the Caribbean. I expanded the business during the last 20 years to include, the design and installation of fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems.

As an MEP Project Manager, I managed and made sure Marriott's MEP design criteria was implemented in all the Marriott hotels being constructed in Latin America at that time.

I was part of a survey team, consisting of a mechanical engineer, electrical engineer and an architect that conducted surveys on Job Corps Centers throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico on a five year contract that the Leo A. Daly Company had with the US Department of Labor.
