My Role:• Bringing the brief and concept to life based on the vision, from conception to delivery• Designing original pieces, including illustrations, infographics, animation, branding, and presentations• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services• Working, collaborating and communicating with external departments to extend concept and visuals to other internal and external marketing-related material• Upskilling, guiding, coaching Junior to Mid level designers• Increase user friendliness in digital products;• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects

My Role• Design, manage all marketing collateral and projects for the Bradlows brand across all countries namely Southern Africa, Botswana & Swaziland • Oversee and review digital and print creative solutions to ensure all material aligns to the brand CI guidelines• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, launches, brand identity development, illustration repository, digital ads, web and social banners• Liaise with agencies to conceptualise, lead and direct photoshoots, TV and radio ads• Create and edit innovative motion graphics content for digital and social media platforms• Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, digital marketing coordinators and art director to create innovative strategies to further the visual story-telling of the Bradlows brand heritage of over 120 years• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to fulfil briefs on time, on brand and to a high standard

My Role:• Consult with internal departments’ marketing, copywriters and buyers to create cohesive designs that reflect the brands’ objectives• Oversee all briefed digital and print solutions from conception to delivery• Working collaboratively with fellow designers, senior designers, creative directors and copywriters• Brainstorming and presenting collaborative concepts designed for the brands’ monthly ATL and BTL campaigns

My Role:• Designing creative for print and digital media that have high visual impact based on clients’ brief• Conceptualise, design and print branding and signage for outdoor and indoor collateral as well other related platforms• Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients• Ensuring all artwork is print-ready and meets all printing requirements• Running and maintaining industry standard large format printers.
