To develop and execute marketing strategies for the brand, maximize contribution and continually improve the overall value of the company's portfolio.Identify, gain approval and manage new brand development projects, which will satisfy consumer needs.Develop communication advertising campaigns for the brand (ATL/BTL).Establish and control brand standards in the areas of product, packaging, price, advertising and other communications.Manage all aspects of brand communication including:Briefing and managing advertising agencies to ensure effective brand advertising campaigns are developed, produced and implemented on time as per the brand plan.Providing effective brand merchandising and promotional strategies that are relevant to the market overall and each trade channel on time.Controlling and implementing the brand communication budget, including deciding on media plans, merchandising, sponsorship and PR programs.Manage all aspects of product development including:Initiation and management of brand research projects.Drive innovations for the brand in line with its role in the portfolio and consumers' needs and expectations.
