Analyze territory performance, identify opportunities, and implement solutions (consumer & trade engagement,various trade programs, RAP etc.) to ensure maximum performance and efficiency. Build relationship and own regional results of national key accounts and independently manage relationships and contracts with local key accounts.

Acquiring new IQOS users through individual and one to many product educations, opening of new communities and workplace engagements. Though personalized approach and hyper-care of every consumer ensuring conversion of smokers and acquisition of new users in compliance with company standards. Recognized as one of the best IQOS experts in Croatia (in 2018 for selling more than 500 devices in 12 months, first to sell 1000 devices) and teamwork and collaboration.
