(2020-2022) Battalion SACO & Battalion Ammunition Platoon Sergeant • As the battalion Substance Abuse Officer, I kept records of 400 Marines, conducted both assistance, and guided punishments for wrongful actions by Marine. Conducted Monthly Battalion-wide Urinalysis, and reorganized a federal database to keep records of 3 years of misconduct with ease and readability. As the Ammunition Platoon Sgt, I maintained operations to supply ammunition to train an average of 400 recruits every week totaling around 80,000 daily rounds or 240,000 weekly rounds resulting in a value of $1,200,000. Also head of security for ammunition supply point for Camp Pendleton Edson Range Area guarding $30,000,000 of ammunition and equipment at any given moment.(2019-2020) Lead Martial Arts Instructor & Lead Crucible Instructor • As the Lead MAI instructor I was granted the responsibility to maintain and manage full operations of the crucible Martial Arts Program and ensure $10,000 of safety and sparing equipment. I was instructed to guide and maintain peer and subordinate level MAI's to ensure they were also held to the highest standard.(2018-2019) Crucible Instructor • As a crucible instructor, I was in charge of a section of training operations for over 10,400 recruits in Camp Pendleton, CA. As a crucible instructor, I ensured the calmative event for recruits to earn the title of "Marine."(2016-2018) Team Leader- As a mortar Team Leader I ensured proper security and management of my team. I ensure proper training was conducted and held my standards as a leader to the highest level. We were assigned as the leading gun to conduct precision checks for the entire section.
