My multifaceted role entails managing a talented team, overseeing project lifecycles, and maintaining excellent client relationships.As the project lead, my responsibilities encompass resource allocation, timeline management, and the successful execution of projects, ensuring our solutions consistently surpass expectations.As the creative director, I shape the aesthetic vision and design ethos of our offerings, persistently pushing the boundaries of innovation. I developed a pilot project (Festival of Inspiration) in the Local Cometee of AIESEC Svishtov and was leader in a team of 4 persons. Our goal was to create an event with interesting and inspiring presentations about opportunities, arts, inventions and innovations, tourism, etc. (similar to TEDx) and combine it with an open air party with funk/soul music on one of the most beautiful locations in the area - the Medieval Amphitheatre.
