This involves refining design standards, utilizing tools like DFMEA, and incorporating lessons learned from quality-related incidents into design improvements. Collaborates with R&D to continually enhance design standards based on insights gained from product quality issues and failures.Assists R&D in various quality-related aspects such as DFMEAs, design guidelines, validation testing, and risk assessments. Maintains a record of lessons learned, internally and externally, to mitigate the recurrence of similar failures. Facilitates the implementation, training, and rollout of tools aimed at structured sharing of product design and quality data.Supports the quality department by contributing to audits, KPIs, and the ongoing enhancement of quality guidelines and standards.
