• Primary point of contact for software support from the customer and other teams on the program • Architect for yearly software build utilizing the VxWorks real-time operating system • Designer for Windows tools created in C++ and C# that are used to support hardware and system testing • Leads efforts for engineering change proposals and technical instructions for software activities • In charge of cost and schedule management for software related activities • Responsible for generating relevant metrics to keep the customer up to date with our software development efforts

• Primary developer for yearly product build. This build was done in C++ for the VxWorks real-time operating system • Provided improvements to FPGA designs in VHDL • Developed Windows applications in C# to support hardware test efforts • Key member in transitioning the software development team to utilize the Atlassian suite of tools including Bitbucket and Jira

• Led the project team that created a replacement for our bulk emailing system responsible for sending up to tens of thousands of emails daily.• Developed and maintain a REST API in Node.js used by multiple state lotteries throughout the United States for their Second Chance promotions.This includes two of the largest state lotteries: California and Texas.• Deploy and manage Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu virtual machines using ESXi to host data and a variety of services.• Work directly with customers on 3d printing projects which includes: product design and defining requirements; scheduling; risk review; and, quality control.

• Member of the Systems Network Team and provided Tier 2 and Tier 3 agency-wide support within the largest state agency in Florida.• Areas of coverage included: sub-netting; network security; support and management of firewalls, switches, routers for LAN and WAN structures. • Did risk assessment, requirements review and site network implementations for a VoIP migration project.• Worked with different teams when doing state wide T1 line upgrades. Provided clear instructions to staff and contractors while doing work on remote system.
