1st and 2nd line support calls and emails in relation to a wide range of desktop, laptop and mobile device incidents; commonly Windows and MS Office related. Regional support work across various sites dealing with requests and incidents such as deploying new ICT equipment, printer failures, diagnosing boot up issues, patching, and resolving desktop/laptop/ipad issues where remote connectivity has not been possible. Seconded to Children Services team as a database analyst for four months to carry out reporting using SQL Server report builder and develop an Access database for capture and analysis of data.
