My job consisted of two primary roles. DevOPS and Backend development.Devops consisted of setting up and maintaining all of our infrastructure and finding and implementing new technologies to speed up and simplify development. As part of this I maintained and prepared Docker clusters, worked on continuous integration, and worked with different cloud service providers. Most of our environment was based on VPS which I configured into nginx and docker clusters. We also used AWS and Google cloud.Backend development primarily consisted of developing (from initial requirements to a working application) and maintaining our backend application based on nodeJS.
