Develops new product design for various QSR in a global market perspective.* Establish and support local engineering during mass production* Create costing and BOM using PBS software.* Knowledge on different standard and certification in the worldwide foodservice industry such asNSF, UL, and CE.

Ensures on-time completion of product designs per customer requirements.* Continuously develops cost effective and quality product designs.* Design Kitchen Plan per customer request.* Strict complies with Engineering standards, policies and procedures.

Performs and design new products/ parts that will be use for new model.* Approves and evaluate all new material & parts.* In charge in Trial Production of new product model.* Applies engineering principle in improving the system in the production line.* Provide Technical Information, Manufacturing Specification, Material Approval, Bill of Materialand First Approval.

Performs detailing drawings of products/ parts using equipment* Applies engineering principles to draft, modify and help develop new product releases orengineering changes* Provides part design checking and detail drafting with guidance from technical adviser(s).* Maintains an awareness of, and applies current drafting standards* Plan and expedites raw materials quantities
