PLC programming for several projects in Compas Aguascalientes Plant

Achievements:- Implemented solutions for cycle time reduction, fast diagnostic/error recovery and production of required quality;- Developed software to register change of signals for analysis of the cells state (Siemens SICAR) during failures and for cycle time measurement (C#, MS SQL Server);Responsibilities: - PLC programming support for cells (PLC Siemens S7-1500 and HMI by standard SICAR)

Achievements:- New models integration GLB-Class X247, A-Class Mercedes V177 in BodyShop- Software integration of new equipment’s: Perceptron 3D Inspection, Eckold piercing, Tucker stud welding, GH Induction;- Initiated new approach to reduce cycle time of production;- Developed software to register change of signals for analysis of the cells state (Omron Nissan) during downtime, cycle time measurements (C#, MongoDB);Responsibilities: - Programming PLC Omron CJ2 and HMI by standard Nissan;- Identification and correction of program bugs;- Identification and fault correction for Nissan diagnostic system G-Smart;- Cycle time optimization.

Achievements:- Implemented cells for production VW Crafter Türrahmen, Seitenteil Innen, Dachquerträger and Seitenteil Doka, Gestamp Poland - plant Września;- Developed modification of diagnostic screens for faster recovery;Responsibilities: - Programming PLC Siemens S7-300 and HMI by standard SICAR;- Identification and correction of program bugs;- Cycle time optimization.

Achievements:- 2009: created new department (7 employees) for the production of control panels. Total produced and installed more 350 units;- Designed a series of standard pumps control panels with frequency inverter;- 2010: initiated a new department of industry process automation. Completed 20 projects, staying within deadlines for every project, in different industries: Metallurgy, Chemical, Food industries, Systems of water supply and waste water, Boilers;During all time implemented energy saving technology based on Danfoss Drives with a total capacity 100 MW, which saves 9125 MW/year;- Multi-tasking ability to manage multiple projects at the same time;- Able to work under pressure in the presence of stakeholders;Responsibilities: - Development and engineering of the efficiency of energy saving solutions for various industries;- Working in alignment with sales teams to provide presales technical solution support;- Engineering solutions for technical complex problems;- Lead all aspects of projects, including capacity planning, resourceallocation, project documentation, client engagement, and change management;

Achievements:- Represented the company in a project competition under the auspices of Schneider Electric; - Completed 3 turnkey projects on processes control of oil transportation and the required performance modes of its process facilities in Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan. Responsibilities: - Programming PLC Schneider Electric Quantum and SCADA Monitor Pro;- Programming PLC ABB AC800F and MicroSCADA;- AutoCAD drawing (electrical and process control drawings);- Project documentation by Oil standards.
