- Organization of the activity of three branches: SMM, monitoring and analytics of social media in the interests of federal IT-service Roscomnadzor;- Development and implementation of the department’s PR-strategy along with the press service of Roscomnadzor;- Writing texts of various formats: press releases, speeches for top-managers, posts on social media and blogs;- Initiation of publications in mass media;- Preparation of analytical materials (reports, references, studies, content analysis for the top-management of Roscomnadzor;- Writing texts with an overview of legislative acts of EU and USA. Analysis of the information field of Western countries;- Organization of international conferences («Personal Data Protection», «Spectrum»). Business correspondence with representatives of authorities and enterprises of EU countries: Hungary, Belgium, Italy, France, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, аnd Asian countries - China.

- Organization of advertising, publishing and PR activities of the FSUE NIIR;- Interaction with the media (federal and industry), initiation of publications in the mass media, press clipping, SMM;- Improving corporate image;- Organization of exhibition activities of the enterprise;- Organization of international events and meetings with ITU representatives;- Publishing of scientific journal "Trudi NIIR";- Development and maintenance of the site;- Management of department staff (12 people).
