 Handle full spectrum of network procurement activities including preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation, issue purchase orders and review contract documents in accordance with established policies and procedures Proactively work with I.T., Radio Network, Transmission Network and Education Platform department to analyse and identify business needs and support development of best fit procurement and contracting strategies Work as workflow commissioner to maintain and optimize procurement workflow and monitoring ongoing compliance with purchasing policies and procedures. Liaise with Education Platform Department to strategically develop and maintain online education platform. Coordinate with the legal department to ensure contract terms are beneficial to the company. Negotiate with vendors on price and business terms Establish and monitor tender process through SAP Ariba E-Tender system Achieving the E-Tender system overall technical and functional acceptance Maintaining and evaluating suppliers to ensure the performance fulfil organization requirements through ERP System.
