I am Ivan, I have a degree in Business Administration, and more than 15 years of experience as an accounting analyst within the Finance area, first in the Chemical and today in the Technological Industry. I currently work at SAP Services s.r.o. in Global Compensation Team and my goal is to continue contributing and learning to grow in my professional career.In my current role, being Presales Lead, I manage almost 3,000 employee's Compensation Plans and I developed a system to calculate correctly commissions for all this population.
