In my role as a Sr. IT Cloud Engineer at Cisco ThousandEyes, I specialize in the service management and automation of the entire ThousandEyes organization ecosystem including the ThousandEyes product and its engineering platforms such as GitHub, AWS, Gitlab, Google Cloud, Workspace, Jira & Okta (IAM) among others. My responsibilities encompass API integrations, provisioning and automation solutions, streamlining operations, and enhancing security.I interact closely with engineering and infosec departments & directors, maintaining the operation of core platforms, auditing & managing third party products used by most engineering departments.

In charge of spearheading engineering projects for the Cisco consulting collaboration area, I specialized in orchestrating network and cluster migrations, leading dedicated teams of skilled engineers, acting as a technical escalation point and providing strategic advice to clients on software and network deployments.

In my role as an application support engineer, I specialized in troubleshooting Cisco collaboration applications encompassing voice, messaging, and video apps. My role involved in-depth analysis of application crashes, software issues (both client & server sides), collaborating in automation tools for bug/error detection, escalation management, solved over 1000+ engineering cases providing valuable advice to customers and development teams, in addition my experience includes navigating through diverse software challenges within Cisco's technical landscape and many vendors.
