1.Report directly to Engineering Manager, assume key responsibility to maximize sales potential of Hilti products and services through specification with selected group of building designers and consulting engineers 2.Pro-actively identify new sales potential on upcoming projects through your professional product, market and service knowledge 3.Be a strong partner with sales and marketing teams in arousing market awareness and concerns for best practices in the construction industry4.Assume key responsibility in leading various engineering initiatives and projects to well equip with strategic thinking competence and people management skills

1.Develpe non-destructive testing techniques in bridge inspecting.2.Develop structure health monitoring system and data analysis.3.Responsible for bridge inspection training course. 4.Responsible for holding international forum and well organize meeting minutes to implement.
