Reporting & Tax compliance• Management of the reporting of group results to the French parent company, organisational management and 3 joint venture partners.• Management of the preparation of the group statutory accounts under IFRS (15 legal entities)• Management of all aspects of Senior accounting officer sign off, group taxes, bank levy and VAT compliance. Operations• Management of all aspects of the organisational cash and payment administration including the accounts payable function.

• Working as part of the project team responsible for the migration of the existing IT system to the Pan-European parent IT system (11,000 man days).• Working with the Finance and Back Office functions to identify and deliver process changes required for optimisation & maximisation of team efficiency following migration. • Project responsibility for the Finance function & jointly responsible for other back office functions incl. collections and recoveries, cash management and customer support teams.• Review and development of new accounting structures and interfaces in conjunction with counterparts in the parent organisation.• Preparation of user specification documentation, review of project solutions & development of solutions & processes contributing to & arising from gap analysis.• Management of user acceptance testing and defect resolution.• Management, preparation & delivery of user training. • Management of the extraction, validation & migration of all financial values over the migration weekend.
