La Prairie Switzerland is the skin care luxury house which intends all it's representatives to be perfectly trained in the knowledge, the skills and the luxury execution beyond the expected.I as the Training Manager am regularly trained directly in Switzerland in order to maintain the standard of the services provided by the representatives(beauty advisers) of the czech market through training, evaluation and custom made development plans. I plan and organise group, individual and in-store trainings and cooperate with all chains where the brand is present. I am also in a frequent contact with the customers when spending time with my beauty advisers team in the shops.Glamour Distribuce is my employer for who exclusively distributes La Prairie skin care on the czech market. Part of my job is also to develop and deliver education strategy for it's other brands respectively their business representatives.
