Currently a Projects Engineer for PCCI Hyperbaric Systems.I also worked 3 years as a Mechanical Engineer in the Operations and Maintenance group for Virginia Spaceport Authority at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport. At VSA, I am responsible for operating and maintaining the hydraulic system utilized for lifting Northrup Grumman’s transporter, erector, and launcher in between resupply missions to the International Space Station. During launch operations, I verify processes with NG operators for operating the transporter, erector, and launcher hydraulic system or support the role of Rover or Field Engineer for Rocket Lab’s Electron launch on ground operations. Additionally, I coordinate various pad validation testing and customer requested test(s) as the deputy point of contact for Pad 0A and perform post launch/test data analysis for review. Prior to working with Virginia Space, I have lead and contributed to 3 collegiate teams of various sizes by providing skills in FEM analysis, CAD Modelling, Project management, and more to determine design decisions and validate calculations. Throughout the groups, I oversaw and develop risk assessments for the safety of both the projects and people, including the opportunity to lead project management efforts of a simulated aircraft design project. This included developing teams for logistics, engineering, procurement, facilities, and more with budgetary considerations.
