First and foremost, I love products, even though I have been working in the quality team of General Merchandise for 20+ years, I would still be very excited to see innovative products being developed. I also enjoy working with a great team, especially when the team can deliver results that everyone can be proud of.My last job role in Sainsbury's Argos Asia is a Technical Manager who leaded the Furniture and Toys team, since the integration launched between Sainsbury's and Argos couple years ago, I have to remain agile and focussed to navigate countless organisational changes, and overseeing complex strategic projects.I am an open minded, honest and authentic person who always support, challenge and influence my team to consistently deliver results. For me I would like to go above and beyond what is expected to enable me to handle multiple priorities in a calm and professional manner.I have good IT skills for handling complex data analysis so that I can quickly identify trends and root causes, enabling a fast and effective response in line with business needs. I am also confident when presenting the information and do not hesitate when delivering difficult message.Outside of work, I like running in the trail, which is an amazing activity to relax, enjoy beautiful scenery and nature in Hong Kong.
