I work alongside the IT team to ensure the maintenance and integration of technology hardware and software in the Company.Tasks include:- Using Active Directory and Google Admin to manage all members and employees of Breezeline- Providing technical support both on-site and remotely- Ordering, logging, and distributing devices such as computers, laptops, mobile phones, peripherals and other devices- Innovate, distribute, and help implement new software and hardware systems throughout the company and employees

● Organized the installation and deployment of computer systems across three faculty departments, serving a collective of approximately 100 faculty members● Proficiently diagnosed and optimized computer hardware and software to ensure peak performance and efficiency on a daily basis● Spearheaded the integration of technology during monthly open-house events with over 500 attendees, resolving any technical support, troubleshooting, or system operation issues● Managed an inventory system for over 200 computers, mobile devices, and office equipment
