Last 14 years I work in HMMR (Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus) and I I was able to achieve good results during this time.I started with a simple body quality engineer. After 3 years, I was promoted to Senior Engineer. Studied, I sorted it out, prepared reports and reported to the management. I stood out in the group as a leader and a year later received the position of Group Leader.I led a group of engineers of 7 people, set tasks, monitored performance and reported the result of achievements weekly to the top management (CEO).Annually, according to the results, he received good grades (A-grade) from his immediate supervisor.Spent 1.5 years as the Head of the Coloring Quality Group to improve the experience.In 2022, I was appointed Head of the Body Quality and Paint Section. Not only the engineering staff became subordinate, but also the inspection group (Supervisors, foremen and operators).With hard work I have achieved such results.Also, I have big skill for launching production plants (2) since construction to maximum plant capacity condition.
