The training process needs to get better every day. By directly managing the training leads and having the big picture view, I am constantly increasing the educational quality.

To inspire people and help them to develop as a professional engineers, I feel like a mission. Thus, I am managing a team of about 15 trainers and building the curriculum internals (contents, technology innovations, etc.) in order to provide each day a better quality.

I was always having the passion of public speaking and in the same time teaching people about my experience. My rich technical experience in various projects and positions as a Developer and Quality Assurance Engineer gave me the opportunity to combine these passions in Software University as a Technical Trainer.I am providing quality lectures about various technologies and languages to big audience (200+ people). Some of the technologies and languages that I am teaching in the curriculum are C#, Java, PHP, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Entity Framework, Hibernate, Spring Framework, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, etc.

In GOOS Development I was mainly aimed to provide web solutions for our biggest customers. The biggest project was http://shellcard.dk/. Its development mainly consist of developing rich backend plugins for TYPO3 CMS which the local editor could use to manage the site.

Developing the internal systems which consist of an Issue Tracker, a Wiki and a Build Automation and Continuous Integration tool. The last one was the biggest challenge. It combines web development, database optimizations, architecture decisions, and algorithms (e.g. topological sort) in one.

The past three years, my position and responsibilities may vary, but they were always related to quality assurance. As a QA Specialist, I was involved in the whole process of development and delivery, being between the Project Management and the Development team.The key responsibilities consist of understanding the project goal and finding misconceptions in the requirements specification, black box testing, white box testing, security testing, backend and visual automation testing and last but not least - managing the project's process in the issue tracker (JIRA) - observing the workflow, new tickets from other teams and current state of the issues.

Working closely with the Project Manager regarding the core improvements of the game. Managing a team of about 25 Community Managers which administers the game at their local market.
