Accompanying foreign delegations.- Participation in tenders - collection and submission of tender documents.- Cooperation with structural divisions of JSC «Goznak».- Preparation of reports on business trips, monthly reports and other.

- Cooperation with suppliers and buyers (subsidiaries of Gazprom group of companies, general contractor and subcontractors operating on Gazprom objects).- Cooperation with foreign suppliers via phone and e-mail.Cooperation with following foreign companies:- Canusa-CPS, www.canusacps.com, Great Britain, a supplier of isolation materials (heat shrink sleeves for pipes).- Siirtec NIGI S.P.A, Italy, www.sini.it, accessories for pipelines.- Numerous domestic suppliers of isolation materials.- Supply of Gazprom objects - maintenance contracts from the application stage to delivery and payment.- Participation in negotiations with suppliers (including foreign suppliers – as a representative and interpreter).- Searching for suppliers, participation in conclusion of contracts.- Participation in tenders, collection and verification of tender documents.- Collection and verification of shipping documents (Bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, etc.).- Cooperation with business units, such as logistics department, accounting department, department for working with design institutes, department for claims activities, etc.- Preparation of reports.- Maintenance and control of payments to suppliers.
