- Manage manufacturing process to eliminate the failure risk (manufacturing, quality, delivery, capacity, cost issue etc.), quickly resolve issues (if any) and ensure stable production with enough capacity, drive CM to deliver qualified products on time at competitive cost. - New project development, work with cross functional team to develop & execute the new product at Contract Manufacturer. As a project leader, need to work with US team & CM/vendor team closely (factories in both China and Malaysia) to drive the whole project schedule and develop it at CMs as target schedule. - Execute the product development with process flow and manage the project milestones in different phases (P build, EP build, PP build and mass production). - Work as a Mechanical leader as well to drive CM/vendor to develop the ME parts, collaborate with functional team (Quality, Tooling, ID) to qualify the ME parts, review the inspection report, sign the golden samples for manufacturing at CM. - Collaborate with cross functional team to drive CM to qualify the production line for product assembling, which includes the line layout review, production line capacity (UPH)design, also drive CM to work in dynamic with 2 shifts production to fulfill the peak-season demands. - Collaborate with cross functional team to develop and qualify the test station, tooling, assembling fixtures/machine in production, review the testing & tooling capacity with buffer to make sure it will hit the target of UPH. - Lead the yield rate report review in different project development phases, drive CM to fix the failures in engineering build and make the yield rate higher than target (with FMEA analysis, 8D reporting). - Take the lead to resolve the issues/production failures (e.g. with 8D report), will communicate with cross functional team to work out some solutions, including short term and long term. - Work with different functional team and CM/vendor to get/collect some cost reduction ideas.

- provide engineering project leadership for New Product Development and the maintenance of existing products in the category, mainly for cooking appliance, cooler, lighting appliance, get good experiences in injection, stamping, casting, machining and coating areas.- Take lead in the design phase for new product development, including mechanical design, prototype, testing, tooling and manufacturing review with CM. - Participate with US engineering to refine the product concepts, features, form, function and specifications. Be responsible for maintaining project schedule, provide project updates and status reports to the global product development team in addition to coordinating with suppliers/CMs.- Works with global project team and supplier to explore cost savings opportunities in product design, materials and labor.- Lead the processes of specification, drawing and BOM as required by category expectation.- involve in mass production, and keep to work with CM to improve the product, issue ECN process for design change and drawing update to datebase.

- New Product Introduction for Dyson project. Work with Dyson team to proceed the mechanical design, prototype validation, testing & performance review. It is a new project for washing appliance with new cleaning idea, so give me a good chance to learn more good idea and experience for product design & project.- Take lead in new project development for dishwasher, it includes Media and Samsung dishwasher projects. As a project leader, need to work with the whole team on the performance analysis, mechanical design, prototype building, tooling, testing, EP, PP, MP, and get the new product released for mass production as expected schedule.Achievement:-Complete the design and drawings release for the new Dyson project in Home Washing Appliance.Complete the Samsung Dishwasher projects, take lead to qualify the product from the whole NPI to mass production in Media.

- Injection tooling design and development，follow the building process with factory team, arrange the trial shooting with the new tool, release/approve the new tool for mass production of injection.- Work out a plan for the new tooling building, coordinate with factory team to make sure we deliver the qualified tool on time. - Make sure the new tool is built with the approved drawings, release drawings and change notification to factory for implementation if needed.Achievement:-Complete many tooling projects development for home appliance, such as Air Conditioner, Water Dispenser, Car Interior Parts.-Familiar with different tooling fabrication process, good in Pro/E and AutoCAD tool for tooling design and drawing creation.
