This experience deepened my understanding of permitting processes and regulations, enhancing my project management skills through collaboration with a diverse team and institutions.Faktorijel doo Mostar Electrical Engineer 2022–2023 Here, I designed photovoltaic power plants from conceptualization to execution. I conducted feasibility studies to identify optimal renewable energy solutions and worked on electrical installations for residential and commercial buildings, which enriched my technical knowledge and project management skills.JP EP HZ HB dd Mostar – Production (Tomislavgrad) Electrical Engineer 2023–2024 In production, I was integral in obtaining permits and managing projects for the Poklečani wind farm, the largest in Bosnia and Herzegovina (132 MW). My role involved coordination with engineering firms and consultants, engaging with governmental bodies to ensure project compliance, compiling documentation for project approvals, and being involved in planning and monitoring project progress.JP EP HZ HB dd Mostar – Distribution (Posušje) Electrical Engineer 2024–present In distribution, I work on enhancing the medium-voltage and low-voltage networks. My duties include creating new designs for low-voltage and medium-voltage networks and transformer stations, preparing documentation for necessary permits, overseeing on-site work to ensure compliance with standards, and identifying and addressing weaknesses in the electrical distribution system.Additional Work I also engage in electrical installation projects and occasionally teach at a school, sharing my knowledge with future engineers, further contributing to my professional development.
