This ‘user friendly’ and efficient model of crediting buyers, allowing them with comfort in buying process and competitive interest rates, has lead to significant sales boost (via this model only) in the amount of EUR 25 mil, in the first year of implementation only (out of total yearly turnover of EUR 14 mil in previous year). Efficient exploitation of CRM data in later phases has helped in creating competitive marketing strategy. All of this has resulted in adequate advertizing campaigns, widening of distributors network, as well as to creating our own in-house retail chain consisted of 15 shops, branded consequently as ‘Gorenje Studios’.• I have left Gorenje đ.o.o. Belgrade in 2009, once the goal of having 55% of market share is reached
