- research work was done as part of research project "Modulation of fruit polyphenolic profile by sustainable postharvest physical treatments"- preparation of polyelectrolyte multilayers (PEM) on silicon substrate manually and with the help of PEM CNC robot- ellipsometric characterization of PEM - determining thickness and refractive index- morphological characterization of PEM by using atomic force microscopy (AFM) before and after exposing to different relative humidities - determining thickness and surface roughness- designed and built chamber for controlling relative humidity by using saturated solutions with different composition, also developed system for data acquistion (T, Rh) based on ATmega328- assembled the dip coating CNC robot and did the setup for this and other experiments depending on required parameters
