Working with a team include integration, yield, other modules, and external supplier to solve process issue.Solve defect issues like scratches and remain particle from CMP process, by analyzing big data and find the source of scratch by lifetime effect.Evaluate new process and adjusting recipe, teams up with related departments and vendors. We decreased the scratches counting 80%.
