As the personal assistant to artists Arianna Gallo and Luca Barberini, my role at Koko Mosaico is very dynamic and involved in managing non-creative operations, allowing the artists to focus more on artistic production. Specifically, my key responsibilities include:- Managing email communication and maintaining relationships with clients, collectors, and visitors, ensuring attentive and personalized service.- Overseeing mosaic course bookings, responding to worldwide inquiries from individuals interested in visiting Ravenna and learning the art of mosaic.- Handling the sale of courses, mosaics, and artworks by artists Arianna Gallo and Luca Barberini, managing the entire process from purchase to invoicing and shipping, with a focus on international clients.- Drafting and sending newsletters to keep our contacts updated on studio activities and new projects.- Overseeing updates to website and e-commerce content, ensuring it is always current and relevant.- Welcoming visitors and tourists, organizing guided tours for groups, creating an immersive experience in the world of mosaics and the atelier.

At the Marina camping village I took care of both back-office and front-office activities such as: management of telephone and e-mail contacts, formulation of budgets, selling of different holidays solutions (mobilhome and pitches) offered by the village.During the opening period the main activities were related to reception tasks, like checking guests into and out of the camping, distributing information to guests in a timely manner and assisting guests with any questions and concerns.I participated on behalf of the group Club del sole, at different tourism fairs, in particular:- F.R.E.E. of Monaco- CMT Messe Stuttgart

At the Adriano Camping Village I was responsible for the formulation of budgets and the promotion and sale of mobilehome and camping holidays in the Village. In addition, I was in charge of maintaining the contact with the guests.As head of the excursions and promotion of the territory, I followed the creation of the "excursions" package in all its phases: choice of destinations, the definition of the program, price and sales.I also took care of guiding the tourist during their visits, providing assistance and cultural information in different languages, depending on the different nationalities.I promoted the Villages of the group Club del Sole in different travel fairs:- Holiday World in Prague- Utazás in Budapest- GLOBalnie in Katowice (Poland)

At the physiotherapy center I took care of the physiotherapists agenda. I was also responsible for the reception, telephone contact with customers and routine accounting tasks.
