    • I am responsible for finance of the Czech entity.• My essential duty is monthly reporting to the mother company based in Sweden. I make sure the reporting package is delivered on time, in the best quality and according to the IFRS principles.• On a regular basis, I check the cash flow and the accounts receivables situation. I deliver the current state of AR to the responsible manager and make sure he does the necessary steps to recover them.• On a yearly basis I prepare the budget in cooperation with other departments of the company. Throughout the year I make sure expenses are in line with it. If not, I discuss the reasons with the responsible people and if necessary, I adjust the forecast for the remaining year. I am especially responsible for checking operating expenses. Each reporting period I track the real development of these costs and look for possibilities to save money. I also prepare a revenue analysis which indicates the current development of sales of each service we offer. • My other yearly duty is preparation of year end closing.     • I managed finance of 7 countries belonging to the Group and led a team of their accountants. As I like to see full pictures and draw up things till the end, I engaged in a wide range of activities, e.g. checking booking, writing reports for each country/department or preparing consolidation and year end for the whole Group.• I set a system of booking and checking so that management reports based on it and data stated were comparable with the marketing department plan.• I worked both on my own and in a team with a business controller with whom we were looking for reasons for the differences between the marketing plan and the real outcome from bookkeeping.• Each reporting period, I tracked development of real costs and was looking for possibilities to save money. One of them was that I negotiated a 45% drop in the charged price for external bookkeeping services in Slovenia. The company thus saved appr. 700 EUR monthly. In Croatia, I found a cheaper external supplier and the firm saved 400 EUR monthly at the same level of quality of supplied services.• I set planning cash flow of the whole Group so that each country had sufficient cash and fulfilled their liabilities towards employees, suppliers and other subsidiaries. A part of my budget preparation was also balance statement, cash flow and intercompany transactions plans within companies of Fleur de Santé.• I helped to build reporting and controlling systems of differences between receivables towards clients in the accounting and production software of the company.
