Hi there, I'm Ivana - an engineer and marketeer with extensive experience at leading MedTech company Cochlear. Since starting as a graduate engineer many years ago, I've worked my way up to Director level, leading projects and departments across diverse roles in both R&D and Global Marketing, including Systems Engineering, Portfolio Strategy, and System Commercialisation.Over my career, I've been expanding my skillset and now I blend my technical acumen with commercial insight to take medical devices through the full end to end development and commercialisation cycle - from twinkle in the eye to development, regulatory approval, commercial strategy, and successful in-market execution. I love working with people, and have a proven record of forming, motivating and inspiring teams, helping them to navigate through challenging times, and driving transformative process improvements with compassion and enthusiasm.
