I worked on ion beams and detector systems throughout my education. During my first internship I was installing a CCD inside a vacuum chamber and trying to overcome the heating problems. Next year I spent the summer measuring the surface homogeneity of the APD in GSI PANDA lab and finally for my master thesis I'm working on assembling a secondary electron detector system. As it is seen, my whole education is oriented towards detector systems.
