My professional and personal motto is: "When there’s a will, there’s a way!" Be it winning the scholarship to finish a Master course in the UK or finishing governmental project with a non-existent budget, I believe that if you are determined enough, you can find a way to achieve what you want.And I am determined to make a change and empower organizations and individuals to reach their full potential, starting from myself. From adopting my dog Rea from a shelter or being a part of the pioneer award winning project e-Citizens that radically transformed CRO gov’s communication with citizens, to crafting a work-life harmony for NewfireStarters teammates, I enjoy build things from scratch, experiment with new solutions and improve existing ones believing there is always a better way. Always. Initially, I wanted to bring change and improve people’s lives via journalism and writing stories, later I entered the world of PR and Marketing wanting to make good stories and brands publicly known. These days, I try to make a difference via talent marketing, and still have managed to find time to climb 20 mountains in 2020 without any prior experience. I am proud that I will get to drive this passion even further by studying to become a certified counselling therapist and work directly with people to help them become grand.
