Apart from being a FOM, I oversee all sales and marketing activities within the company. I handle office operations, business development, and provide a unique approach to all guests. As a result, in both 2022 and 2023, our hotel received recognition as one of the top ten small family hotels in Croatia, and we have consistently maintained the highest rating in our area on Booking.com.My responsibilities include managing hotel bookings, conducting direct sales, overseeing marketing efforts, ensuring excellent guest relations, and maintaining the property’s presence on various social media platforms. Additionally, I have successfully implemented cutting-edge trends in the business field, particularly in utilizing the latest social media platforms for our hotel.Also, thanks to my involvement in nautical tourism, we have expanded our hotel's reach by establishing partnerships with renowned sailing clubs, further enhancing our reputation as a destination for sailing enthusiasts and nautical tourism in general.
