Ivana has over 30 years' experience in change management, specifically stakeholder engagement, change communication, strategy and culture change using a strengths-based approach to change. Projects have been undertaken in Australia, New Zealand, UK and USA in a wide range of industries including agriculture, building & construction, Defence, engineering, education, energy, financial services, information technology, shared services and sport & recreation.As well as working at the organisational level, Ivana assists leaders, managers, individuals and teams feel valued, trusted and respected during change and uncertainty through building constructive relationships.Ivana develops Change Communication and Culture Change strategies and has developed diagnostic tools for Change Readiness, Capacity to Change, Change Overload, Communication Audits, Employee Engagement, Culture Mapping and Customer and Stakeholder Engagement. She is the main author of the award winning book, “Segmenting for Success – Marketing to Women” in which her PACE Culture model is applied to vocational education and training.
