• Develop sustainable talent acquisition, hiring, and retention plans and strategies • Create policies and programs to build and maintain an employee-oriented company culture • Identifying development needs within an organization and creating individual development plans • Create initiatives and learning opportunities that help all staff members build connection and cross-team support • Manage employee relations issues by building successful relationships with employees and partnerships with team leaders • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations

• Conducting the recruitment process from creation of job description to filling open positions• Participation in creation and implementation of the performance management system • Participation in selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants• Involved in the monitoring of the company salary structure and the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises • Participation in development and implementation of human resource policies• Preparation of periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested

• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements using careers pages, job boards and social networks • Sourcing and contacting passive candidates on various platforms• Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers• Following up on the interview process status• Building and strengthening relationships with current, past and future candidates, acting as a point of contact
